Handpainted peach rose chiffon skirt

I recaptured this vintage chiffon skirt and handpainted it with peach roses accented with leaves and vines.  It's very soft and flowy.  You could add a petticoat to create more fullness.  The waistband has some elastic in the back so it can stretch an extra 4"
