Handpainted floral skirt

This handpainted skirt is perfect for wearing all year round. I love painting with black details so it works well with black accessories. It's a pretty spring like floral with an urban edge. This skirt was recaptured from a vintage bridal dress so there is lots of volume! I created a drawstring waistband with a black ribbon so it will fit all sizes.
